Beyond the normal customization routines, Soffront’s SQL design allows the client to horizontally configure their CRM.  This adds a higher level of report customization allowing the client to add just about anything on their own. Strong work flow tools, combined with pre-formatted templates and a unique form designer make customization to any degree possible without any formal programming.

Soffront is also one of the few ‘account centric’ designs where all data is associated with the account/lead file. This makes for tidier, more practical user ergonomics as opposed to the traditional contact centric designs seen in most of the online CRM programs.
