> What Software Shortlist says about Sage CRM:

Sage is a formidable player in the mid-enterprise and small business space, with several offerings under various brand names. Sage CRM On-Demand includes all the standard CRM tools, and offers integrated ERP, high quality marketing programs and good quality user ergonomics.

Key strengths of Sage CRM include:

  • Grow with your business
  • Well supported
  • Flexible to customise

The dashboards, graphics and built in report programs are comprehensive with an array of real time sales opportunity, customer service and marketing campaign analytics. Reporting analytics are good with a unique feature to include/exclude any pipeline item in the forecast.

Program administration, set up and maintenance is clear and well defined. The role and group hierarchy is extensive and pre-configured to meet most any user application. Sales and business processes can be created and automated to a high degree. This will require the assistance of

a system pro but integration to any ERP or financial system will require this anyway. Marketing tools include mail merge, integration with MS Outlook, and can be designed to track any number for campaigns. Overall Sage CRM On-Demand is a respectable single source tool.

The Sage software group offers a cornucopia of CRM programs, with On Demand being just one of their CRM offerings in the business management software field. This fact alone can make selecting a suitable CRM and any integrated system a somewhat confusing process, though.
