> What Software Shortlist says about Oracle CRM On Demand:

On the surface, Oracle CRM is deceiving: very clean, simple and user friendly. On the inside it is a powerhouse. Between Oracle and Siebel’s experience, there is not anything this CRM doesn’t do exceptionally well. However, it is a sophisticated tool ideally suited to larger mid to enterprise organizations only.

Key strengths of Oracle CRM include:

  • Grows with your business
  • Powerful reporting
  • Integrates with other software

The program administration, content and features set up are clean and extensive, requiring a user organization with like depth and management structure. Strengths lie in forecast management and analytics, customization to any unique business process, built in collaboration tools and a sophisticated database structure capable to integrating with the major Oracle programs for a complete enterprise system.

It lacks nothing in the overall sales and marketing department with tools for quota & lead tracking and management, marketing campaign creation and tracking, case/warranty tracking, extensive sales analytics and pre-formatted reporting templates, integration with payment gateways and accounting systems.

Comparable in performance to Salesforce.com, but without the AppSources add-ons. This platform conforms nicely to related Oracle systems and Open Office applications. However, there is the potential for some integration problems with non-Oracle based data sources. For non-Oracle based SME’s, time and cost considerations for integration with the back office programs may require professional consultant services.

Pricing for a well-equipped configuration is $70 per user per month.
