> What Software Shortlist says about NetSuite CRM+:

NetSuite is one of the leading providers of cloud-based enterprise software suites, offering sophisticated CRM, Accounting, ERP and Ecommerce capabilities.

Key strengths of NetSuite CRM+ include:

  • Grows with your business
  • Flexible to customise
  • Well supported

The comprehensive accounting package includes sophisticated financial management tools, in particular, revenue management systems and financial analytics. A comprehensive ERP package delivers order and billing management, supply chain management including resource and services planning modules.

The user interface is clean, easy to view, use and understand. Netsuite CRM+ components provide easy to configure business summaries, graphic reports and analytics neatly tied into the back office data e.g. inventory, ordering etc.  User friendly features include auto-emailing, partial/multiple order fulfilment and tracking.

Reports are extensive for the traditional sales person and very comprehensive for executive management purposes. Customization and configuration is straightforward and well supported by NetSuite including key industry application in the wholesale distribution, manufacturing, ecommerce, retail and services sectors.

One area to be aware of is that configuring and customizing all the individual service modules requires professional consultant/script services. Although the monthly subscription fees are competitive, customization and implementation can add up. Large report generation may lag in terms of response time.

NetSuite CRM+ is available at around $129 per user per month, including maintenance & support.
