It scales nicely in terms of users and, just as importantly, complexity of application. The User Interface is exceptionally clean and compact making it easy to view on mobile devices.

Report Builder and Dashboard Builder are easy to use tools and provide unlimited customization of report content and online integrated spreadsheet analytics that duplicate them as dashboard objects. Intalio takes email synchronization to a new level with integrated email platforms e.g. Zimbra and Outlook. Depending on the PDA, critical contact, account and activities are available. The offline versions can access all data and synch automatically.

Overall, it’s hard to dislike anything about Intalio.  It is probably overkill for a small organization with basic CRM requirements and works best where extensive work flow mechanisms are needed.
