> What Software Shortlist says about AIMcrm:

AIMcrm’s focus and expertise is on leads and lead aggregation. That makes it a good tool for small to midsized businesses where capturing, processing and distributing/aggregating leads using a common CRM tool is the primary objective.

Key strengths of AIMcrm include:

  • Powerful reporting
  • Well supported
  • Deep industry knowledge

AIMcrm has powerful filtering capabilities to manipulate incoming data streams, integrated billing and payment processing systems and unlimited file attachment and email marketing tools. Popular industry specific applications e.g. mortgage, insurance etc. are pre-configured.

AIMcrm provides only live, dedicated account support administrators, well worth the minimal set up and ongoing support costs for organizations requiring programming and administration support and expertise.

Nothing jumps out at us to dislike about the product, save the fact that the user interface and process routine will take some time getting used to.  For general CRM applications where lead aggregation is not the primary routine, AIMcrm may not be a good fit.  And lastly, the home page Business Summary is adequate but lacks the graphic abilities found in competitive offerings.

Pricing is $55 per user per month, with no extra charges or upgrades.  The contract term is typically 12 months.
