R and R Solutions (R & R) are based in Modderfontein, Gauteng, South Africa. R & R was established in 1994 and specialise in the marketing and support of software packages which provide solutions in the manufacturing, jobbing, project, and service industries. R & R pride ourselves in having a strong business ethic of providing "the right solutions for customers at the right time".
R & R provides and excels in customer support whether it is implementation, training, report writing, business process reviews, recommendations and programming. R & R provide support at all levels from shop floor to middle and senior management.
The products that R & R offers are based on a business demand for real-time job-costing, job tracking, service and events maintenance and scheduling as well as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MRP (Materials requirement Planning) solutions. |

BUSINESS CONSULTING
We are able to review business practices on a shop floor, in quality control, in inventory control, in sales and marketing, evaluate financials as well as determine management needs and requirements.
TRAINING & LEARNING
R and R Solutions cc are able to provide training in business practises as well as software, from a store man to a financial director. Training is provided on a time and material basis, we don't believe in class room training but rather hands on training on customer site.
CUSTOM SCRIPTING
R and R Solutions cc can provide a programming service which enables the software packages that we market to meet unique user requirements but will not interfere with the integrity of the software itself.
CUSTOM REPORTING
R and R Solutions cc can provide user and company reports that facilitate the maximum usage of the software. R and R Solutions cc can also design documentation used by a company e.g. invoices. These can be adapted to print on pre-printed stationery.
SUPPORT SERVICES
R and R Solutions cc provides telephonic helpdesk support, email queries and on-site support for customers from 8 till 5 Monday to Friday excluding South African public holidays. |
