The entire solution is offered as a sophisticated sales and marketing system. The User interface is clean, easy to use with a unique ‘drag and drop’ feature allowing easy customization to easy user’s preferences.
Sales and marketing tools are easy to use, including marketing campaigns and analytics, and automatic lead disposition and handling. A new drip marketing tool has just been added. Team roles, calendaring and sync with popular Outlook platforms is a plus. Reporting and analytics offer a good range of pre-formatted reports, each customizable on the fly. Pre-configured role based program admin hierarchy makes set up easier. Live full concierge and dedicated support is a plus. Offline version is available. Full Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions include Billing, order management, inventory controls, HR, payroll and AR/AP plus more.
