> What the vendor says:

"WORKetc is a CRM, Project Management, Billing and a whole lot more. We put these tools in combination, on the same platform, to ensure that WORKetc will dare we say it, WORK(!) for any small business or work team.

With combined CRM, projects and billing, WORKetc lets you share information like never before.  Collect a sales lead from your web site, convert it to a customer, create a new project for the customer, invite employees to participate in the project, invoice the customer and then run real-time reports...all from within WORKetc. "

> What Software Shortlist says about WorkEtc:

WORKetc provides a unique software solution that integrates CRM, Project Management and Billing/Accounting into a single online program.  It is a good fit for small-medium sized businesses from manufacturing, design to distributors.

Key strengths of WorkEtc include:

  • Low cost
  • Quick to set up
  • Integrates with other software

WorkEtc does a lot of things well and simply. Set up and configuration is relatively straightforward, however, dedicated expertise from their staff is warranted for most users.

Integration with QuickBooks or open financial exchange is included with WorkEtc, and it supports apps for the major gateways, Google, PayPal, Authorize.net. External contractors can also add/track work in the same system.

The sales processes on WorkEtc include auto lead generation, lead pools and sharing. A nice feature is automatically scheduling/calendaring recurring services. The project management tool includes time sheets and collaborative docs. Automated email marketing and campaign creation/management is hosted through the WORKetc server platform. File sharing, contact and account sharing complete with clear account summary pages and customizable tabs make work flow easy. Sync with Outlook, MS Exchange and Google are standard.

A good quantity of pre-configured reports are included, add any number of customized analytics on the fly. We’d like to see dedicated user/live support as an option added to the services. This would likely be at extra cost considering the low per user pricing, though.

Pricing is very economical, with a single user just $39 per month. Discounts apply for multiple users, with the price dropping to $29/user for 11-20 users, and $19/user for 20+ users.
