> What Software Shortlist says about Really Simple Systems CRM:

Great example of an easy to use and practical CRM for users with limited resources or that only require the basics plus a bit of customer relationship management automation.

Key strengths of Really Simple Systems CRM include:

  • Quick to set up
  • Easy to learn
  • Well supported

The new version of Really Simple Systems CRM that we tested has plain yet effective ergonomics. Clean account page, home page report graphics are simple to use and read. No fuss… no muss. Mass email marketing is simplified with the DribbleMail direct mail marketing tools.

RSS also adds some extra power with multi stage campaign management, tracking and monitoring, performance reporting, good web forms and e-marketing and web transactions tools, and case management.

Really Simple Systems is of the UK’s largest providers of hosted CRM, with strong suitability to the European and Australia markets. The company provides all the basic features needed to make their hosted CRM solution easy to use and very practical.

However, if current or future scalability demands more complex solution requirements e.g. full integration ERP/back office applications, Really Simple Systems may not be the right fit.

Pricing options include a free edition for 2 users; a Premium edition from $16/user/month (plus extra for advanced features); and an Enterprise edition that is all-inclusive for $80/user/month
