GroupMail aims to take the effort out of email marketing.
With GroupMail one can create and manage any number of groups and with any number of contacts and any field structure. It allows sending professional and personalized emails easily. The ability to use 255 custom fields, custom subject field and attachments makes sending highly personalized messages possible. The free Subscriber Add-on can be used to easily manage any number of mailing lists and newsletters. Double Opt-in Subscription requests, remove requests, and bounces can be processed easily and directly from any number of email accounts. Responses are sent automatically for all the requests that are successfully processed.
The messages can be sent through ISP or internal Mail server, or direct from GroupMail, bypassing the requirement for a mail server. GroupMail supports SSL connections, all standard authentication options (NTLM, AUTH, POP3) and has the ability to automatically break down large mailings by number or time or both to avoid overloading mail server.
