ACCOUNTING & BUSINESS SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPORT
Progressive offers professional systems implementation services for its 3 core systems: Sybiz Vision, Sage Pastel Evolution and Ostendo. With experienced staff, utilising proven methodologies, we deliver successful accounting and reporting software implementations for our clients.
With a strong focus on initial requirements analysis in the pre sales process, client involvement, and tailored implementation methodology, we significantly reduce the risks involved in new systems implementation.
Projects are controlled by a Project Manager, utilising our project plans and a series of task checklists, system configuration documents and sign off documents.
By providing a single point of contact for your system, implementation and network needs, Progressive simplifies and streamlines your tasks during times of change, generating efficiencies and minimising risk.
We pride ourselves on our support levels. That's why we have dedicated support consultants independent of our implementation teams.
NETWORK SERVICES & SUPPORT
Progressive Business Technologies provides a range of IT networking, application server design, installation and support services.
These include the supply, implementation and support of Servers and Business PC’s, onsite call out support, scheduled maintenance, remote access administration and support.
Working closely with our clients, we understand their needs and provide solutions with leading brands including Acer, Microsoft & Trend Micro. With great experience in Windows networks and applications servers like Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server, we are well positioned to support your systems.
Our ability to convey to customers in non technical terms what the main issues are, helps them to make informed decisions about their IT infrastructure.
Progressive's Network Engineers are experienced in implementing new business networks and migrating companies from outdated technology platforms to new environments. Migration can occur with minimal downtime for the organisations and users can keep all their previous work and emails.
SAGE PASTEL EVOLUTION, SYBIZ & ALCHEMEX TRAINING
Progressive Business Technologies is a certified training specialist for Sage Pastel products and Sybiz Vision / Visipay Payroll, as well as offering training in Alchemex. Training centres are located in our Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth offices. Training courses are conducted by certified training specialists. |
