Overview
Fusion5 was established in 2002 specifically to provide affordable, high value Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) services to New Zealand and Australian businesses. We focus on providing consulting services to customers about to implement a new business application as well as providing on going support and optimisation services for customers using these solutions.

Fusion5 also provides a team of consultants who specialise in business process improvements and best practice consulting.

Fusion5 fills the gap between the traditional 'Big 5' consulting firms and the contractor market. We also provide a more service focused approach than most vendors. We recognise that businesses want experienced professionals with a team approach to delivery, responsiveness and flexibility, and a high degree of commitment to a lasting relationship. As a result, Fusion5 has found a niche and enjoyed rapid growth.

Fusion5 solutions are well suited to the majority of New Zealand and Australian organisations. Our aim is to maintain and develop expertise across these enterprise solutions to become the partner of choice to local businesses. PARTNERPLUS

Once the system is implemented, Fusion5 offers ‘PartnerPlus’, a program of services to assist customers in fully utilising their ERP or CRM systems.

Under PartnerPlus, Fusion5 offers a team of experienced consultants ready to assist with post go-live issues and ad hoc support for application and technical users. We also provide teams to assist with upgrades to new releases and new module implementations.

iHELP

Fusion5 offers iHelp, a web-enabled, on-line help desk facility that enables our customers to logon, register helpdesk issues and track and monitor the issues through to resolution.

This service extends the support service offerings already provided by Fusion5 and enables us to better manage and respond to your needs.

iHelp assists our customers to track and monitor issues to ensure that you are obtaining the best service that Fusion5 can offer whether it be ad hoc support or support in accordance with agreed service arrangements.

PROJECT REVIEWS

Business Process Reviews
Over time, organisations change. This change can be determined by market conditions, both local and off shore, new competitive pressures, customer demands, technology or leadership changes, or mergers and acquisitions. Change often requires a review of existing business processes.

GO-LIVE READINESS ASSESSMENTS

Fusion5 can provide a comprehensive review to enable customers to ‘go live’ with a high degree of confidence.
The review covers the set-up activities performed to date (including system and application set-up, testing and sign-off), plans for cutover (including data conversion, user set-up, security and hardware issues), and an assessment of the organisation to support the live system post go-live (including documentation and training).

POST GO-LIVE REVIEWS

Fusion5 offers this review as a tool for customers to develop the way forward for additional phases of the ERP or CRM implementation. The post go live review provides a report that will enable customers to take action to more fully utilise the investment in their system.
A full analysis is made of any gaps between initial requirements and the live system, and recommendations are given on closing these gaps. Further recommendations are made on how the new system could be more fully utilised, increasing user acceptance and satisfaction.

Team
Fusion5 Australia/New Zealand has close to 90 people and aims to be 100 by year end. The majority of our people are involved in hands-on service delivery for our customers. Senior members of the Fusion5 team include Business Development Managers, Service Line Leaders, Sales Executives and Senior Consultants.

Rebecca Tohill
Rebecca is Managing Director of Fusion5 New Zealand and Australia. Rebecca's primary focus is business development, account management and sales and marketing. Rebecca also maintains executive level relationships with all our key alliance partners.

Grant Robertson
Grant has over 12 years of experience in all phases of design, development, and implementation of computer applications. He has worked for clients within the manufacturing, mining, construction and services industries. His areas of expertise include JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials and Asset Management.

Craig Hampson
Craig is the Sydney based General Manager for Fusion5 Australia. Craig's primary focus is to develop new business opportunities for the Oracle product lines including the recently acquired JD Edwards. In addition to this primary focus, Craig will develop and maintain on-going relationships with existing Fusion5 partners such as PayGlobal.

Craig Westcott
Craig is Fusion5's Supply Chain Service Line Leader. Craig's primary responsibilities include building the service line, developing new business opportunities for Fusion5 and managing Fusion5’s delivery.

Stewart Dickson
Stewart is Fusion5's NSW Consulting Manager and has more than 14 years of International Experience implementing and Project Managing ERP systems across a wide range of industries in over 17 different countries.
