SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- These Special Conditions are in addition to the standard Terms & Conditions of Software Shortlist.
- Your access to and use of the Free Subscription Plan and/or any free Software Shortlist product is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Special Conditions.
- In return for free access to our services and resources online, you agree that Software Shortlist may share your Information (as defined in our Privacy Policy) with third parties we deem relevant to your needs. These third parties- such as our experts, consultants, software vendors and service providers- may then contact you. For the avoidance of doubt, these Special Conditions mean you expressly permit us to do this, as per clause 4(b) of our Privacy Policy.
- The Free Subscription plan is available as a single-use trial and cannot be used multiple times by the same person.
